ABOUT USDealing with the challenges of today requires individuals to come together and spread happiness to make a difference. Uniting Hearts Initiative emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community by connecting residents in facilities with volunteers around the world. We were inspired by CHD Living, a UK facility, that paired its residents with volunteers virtually to relieve potential feelings of isolation and loneliness. Our organization aims to implement this model on a larger scale to allow residents everywhere to easily connect with other individuals to share stories and experiences to combat isolation.
